Relax. Relate. Release.

How are you feeling? We are 18 days into 2022, and 18 days into the 31 days of JanYOUary! 

Are you still feeling effects of 2021? Are you focused and keeping your commitments to yourself? For me, I’m a little bit of this and a little bit of that!! Lol I set SO MANY huge goals for myself—especially during this 1st quarter of the year—I may have overdone it! But I decided I will “Tackle My Tasks” even if I have to take a moment, RELAX, RELATE, RELEASE and recalibrate. That’s what I needed to do over the last couple of days. And I feel really good right now. 

I’m saying YES to myself by giving myself rest when I need to, and allowing myself to remove or adjust a task if it causes stress, discomfort or it feels like I’m forcing it.
