Meet Our Facilitators

  • Norel Cora is the visionary founder of The Yes Crowd, a transformative community dedicated to empowering women to prioritize their well-being and embrace their authentic selves. After the profound loss of her mother in 2019, Norel experienced a journey of grief, anxiety, and burnout, which ultimately inspired her to create The Yes Crowd. This community is more than just a women’s empowerment group; it’s a movement designed to support women through life’s transitions by providing a safe space for self-discovery, personal growth, and holistic well-being.


    Driven by her own need for healing and renewal, Norel developed The Yes Crowd to offer resources and a supportive community where women can explore their passions, build confidence, and gain lifelong skills. Her mission is to ensure that no woman has to face life’s challenges alone and to help them find the strength to say "yes" to themselves every day.

  • Melissa Summer Gray, Chicago floral artist. Started Summers Ark in 2020 during the pandemic to bring more beauty into the world during such a dark time.
